A gentle introduction to creative coaching—perfect if you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of a little breathing room.

Over the course of three one-hour 1:1 sessions, we’ll use calming, creative activities tailored to what you enjoy—whether that’s drawing, painting, collage, or simply playing with colour. No art experience needed, just an open heart.

You’ll also receive your free mini welcome pack, in your first session. Inside, you’ll find a beautiful A5 sketchbook, a set of hand-picked creative tools and a few thoughtful extras—chosen just for you to help you get started. All materials for each session are included.

This is your time to pause, reconnect, and gently rediscover your creative spark.

6-Week Creative Coaching Journey

This is a nurturing, one-to-one programme designed to help you reconnect with your creativity and support your emotional wellbeing—gently, at your own pace.

Across six weekly one-hour sessions, we’ll explore calming, creative practices that suit you. From intuitive painting to simple mindful art activities, you’ll be guided through a journey of reflection, emotional reset, and self-discovery. No pressure. No expectations. Just space to breathe and create.

You’ll also receive a personalised welcome pack, in your first session. Inside, you’ll find a high-quality A5 sketchbook, a set of creative tools, and a few hand-picked surprises chosen with care. Each pack is thoughtfully tailored to support your experience—no two are quite the same.

By the end of our time together, you’ll feel more grounded, more inspired, and more connected to your creative self—with tools you can return to again and again.
