This is a nurturing, one-to-one programme designed to help you reconnect with your creativity and support your emotional wellbeing—gently, at your own pace.

Across six weekly one-hour sessions, we’ll explore calming, creative practices that suit you. From intuitive painting to simple mindful art activities, you’ll be guided through a journey of reflection, emotional reset, and self-discovery. No pressure. No expectations. Just space to breathe and create.

You’ll also receive a personalised welcome pack, in your first session. Inside, you’ll find a high-quality A5 sketchbook, a set of creative tools, and a few hand-picked surprises chosen with care. Each pack is thoughtfully tailored to support your experience—no two are quite the same.

By the end of our time together, you’ll feel more grounded, more inspired, and more connected to your creative self—with tools you can return to again and again.
